Sections that say Allergy Menu means they have a fully adapted menu for multiple allergies. I have broken down price ranges with this key:
$ – $14.99 and under per adult
$$ – $15.00 to $34.99 per adult
$$$ – $35.00 to $59.99 per adult
$$$$ – Over $60 per adult
If you’re someone who needs to eat gluten-free, you may be wondering what options are available to you at Disney’s Epcot theme park. Fortunately, there are plenty of delicious and safe gluten-free options available for you to enjoy during your visit. What I found was that the festival determines the selection available. I have just posted what is always there. Most festival guides have allergy markers, but the counter staff will also know. Don’t be scared to ask; everyone is friendly.

With countries ranging from Morocco to Germany it’s hard not to immerse yourself in another culture and with that the food. As much as we would love to, as gluten not loving us it is hard to be able to try everything that Epcot has to offer.
Luckily there are a number of restaurants that will help you broaden your culinary horizons. Though as you’d expect the Italian pavilion will be a upsetting time for any pasta/pizza loving gluten intolerant/celiac.
