Disney World is one of the most magical places on earth, but for those who are gluten-free, it can be a little overwhelming trying to find safe and delicious dining options. Luckily, there are many gluten-free restaurants throughout the resort, making it easier to enjoy all the fun without the worry.
In this post I have gone in to detail finding out which restaurants cater to gluten intolerant individuals. As a coeliac myself, I spend a lot of time before going to venues worrying whether or not I’ll be able to enjoy myself or if I’ll be settling for a salad.
After all the time and money we’ve spent saving for this once in a life time trip, the last thing you want to be doing is scrolling endlessly through every restaurant or quick service to see where you can eat. In this post and my next couple of posts I will be breaking down all the locations for all budgets, in one simple post.
Sections that say Allergy Menu means they have a fully adapted menu for multiple allergies. I have broken down price ranges with this key:

$$ – $15.00 to $34.99 per adult
$$$ – $35.00 to $59.99 per adult

Budget Friendly ($14.99 and under)
Disney Springs is a vibrant set of walkways with more than 50 brand name and Disney-themed shops and 65 restaurants and cafes to enjoy a variety of cuisines. From Mexican to British, Italian to Asian there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Although Blaze Pizza do say they are Gluten Free it is worth mentioning with Blaze being a pizza restaurant there is the risk of cross-contamination. As a head up the management do say it is okay for people avoiding gluten but they will use the same oven for all the pizza’s.
Medium Budget ($15.00 – $34.99)
This resort I have found has the largest number of eateries with some gluten free options but some of the least amount of gluten free adaptations. These venues are not solely ran by Disney and therefore reserve the right to not offer alternatives.
That’s not to say you won’t be able to enjoy a day or night here. With some smart choices and knowing what is and isn’t gluten free you will be able to enjoy a meal with your party. If you are to go to some of the some or limited lists always ask ahead or the server before ordering.

Disney Springs is an exciting shopping and entertainment destination in the Walt Disney World Resort, offering a wide variety of dining options for visitors. For those who are gluten-free, it can be challenging to find suitable dining options in a place that has so many choices. However, with a little research and planning, there are plenty of delicious gluten-free meals to enjoy in Disney Springs.

Hopefully this post will help in your decision making. When you have chosen a destination and want to look at the menu, you can scroll through the menu on the My Disney Experience App. Typically, the allergen section will be near the end of the menu or within the Mobile Order process, you can see Allergy-Friendly options.
When placing a Mobile Order, you’ll see an icon with a triangle around a fork that says ‘Allergy-Friendly’ – tap there. Once you tap it, you’ll be taken to a screen that shows all of the Allergy-Friendly dishes divided by the specific allergy type. Tap the Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly icon for more information. And note that you can further customize some dishes to really make them right for you.
It’s important to note that while these restaurants offer gluten-free options, cross-contamination can still occur. Be sure to talk to the chef or a manager to ensure that your food is prepared safely and to your specific needs.
In conclusion, Disney World has plenty of gluten-free restaurants to choose from, making it easier for those with dietary restrictions to enjoy their vacation.
